There are many dolls I plan to make from this book, and I appreciate the traceable pattern pieces given for each doll. There are not many pictures of construction, just written explanation of how to put each doll together. This might prove challenging for someone with little or no sewing/doll making e||'The instructions are very easy to follow, for older children with a little help.
